maybe verizon should get some american workers as the current engineers are clueless! its been seven days that I have lost my address book despite paying for the repair service and waiting two hours! Aol has not even sent out an email saying how did we do!

Also I used to be able to type the first few letters of a contacts name in the To box and it would suggest contacts to use, not so now, And when I use the "find contacts" box and select M I get the first 3 surnames beginning with M (I know I have more than this) then surnames beginning with Y H H A B T T E...They have obviously employed a child to do the programming.
There is an old saying that's applicable here: "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"

My contacts are still there, but all my contact groups have disappeared - what a pain. I only use all for email now - stopped using them as an ISP years ago.

My AOL entirely disappeared from my cell phone last week. I've tried numerous times to input the password, but my email will NOT REAPPEAR!!!! What has happened. I can still get AOL email on my desktop computer with the password, but cannot get any email on my cell phone!! PLEASE ADIVISE!!!

Somehow yesterday my Internet was turned OFF! I'm used to slow but completely gone is another thing! When it finally came up today, it deleted all my contact email address'! What is the quickest way to correct this? I tried to adjust to a larger font, but it won't save it! I'm paying an extra $4.99 for extra protection, but apparently, its not working? Please send info to fix it and not just Post it!
