La totalité de mon carnet d'adresses a disparu. A l'évidence, mon compte a été piraté.
Je n'ai pas trouvé l'adresse da la maintenance aol pour leur signalé ce piratage.
J'ai, bien sûr, modifié immédiatement mes mots de passe

Like everyone else, all my contacts are gone!!!!! And It won't restore them!! It says cannot contact the server!! What's going on!!! Unexpecatble!!! And still no help from AOL!!! I have been with AOL for over 20 years!!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!

Like others, ALL contacts are gone on all devices using AOL. "restore" function does not work, and prompts for a very old date, and then lands on an ERROR message. This is not good...and appears to be a chronic problem as I review comments and Google posts. PLEASE REMEDY!!!

My entire contact list has disappeared. This is the second time this has happened and I can't find anyone who can fix it.....I have AOL Gold and they are supposed to assist in things like this...My monthly $5.00 is a waste and I want you to live up to the contract...NOW
