I do not text on my cell phone. I do not know how to text. It is a miniature flip phone that I keep for emergencies only. I pay by the minute for the few calls I make. I average 0 - 2 calls with 0-2 minutes used monthly. I am not a self-important narcissist like most of the cell phone owners so the cell phone is seldom even on.Landline is still my primary phone for calling. I also do not have a backup e-mail address. If this is an issue with AOL, let me know by regular AOL e-mail and I will seek another e-mail provider. You need to stop locking subscribers accounts solely because we cannot remember "our favorite book" from our childhood. E-mail is supposed to be a service. Dealing with support last week more adversarial and not helpful.
