Before, I was able to receive emails via POP or IMAP protocol. Now I can't do it anymore.

Pop3 and SMTP login frequently fail. Your paid level 2 and 3 technical support team says, "Then don't use it. Hasn't worked reliably for years. We're amazed it ever worked at all. Use IMAP or nothing at all." That frequently doesn't work either..... Fix it.

Yes, I have been unable to access AOL using Outlook since April 21, 2021 at around 4 p.m. EDT.

I am no able to access my aol accounts at all. I have not changed anything on them. this is happening on all my devices. it has forced me to go online and sign on that way. HELP!!!! I have used aol from the get-go and have important emails stored. I have to know if you are abolishing functions or what!?

I can't get my email on ANY of my phones or tablets, the imap and whatever settings are as they're listed online. aol keeps claiming c v i d ****, fix your stuff you're losing people left and right because you can't keep your stuff in order! I know you were bought out by yahoo and god knows who else... i've had my email for over 20 years i'm not in the mood to change it so fix your nonsense! i've read that even if you call someone and pay they still don't fix your problem

Since 27-May I have been having the same problem trying to sync my AOL account to Gmail app on android phone.
Has anyone received any word from AOL or is this just a wall to post gripes? -

SAME!! uninstalling makes NO difference, keeps reporting wrong user/password....garbage!! very frustrating, remember the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it' ?? cannot get AOL on Mac, regardless of OSX no :(

Still no fix for Outlook 2016 and 2019 problems. Please enable users to forward emails to other accounts accessible through Outlook. Not a true solution, but please enable a workaround for my account. Thank you.

Cut out the generated passwords, let use use regular passwords for our devices.
