I need to speak to customer service. Help

This is a paid for service. Tired of this **** getting thru your service and us having to fix it.. always trying to sell security maybe you should get some yourself and stop having problems with it getting thru you service that we purchase.

Spam email is out of control! Should be able to block email by using key words, such as "McAfee".

If it would help you resolve the problem of so many of us being inundated by spam, I can forward every spam email received, every day for your examination. I'll interpret your failure to respond as an acquiescence to my doing that. Perhaps others would also join in.

How do I delete all spam email all at once instead of 30 at a time?

I'm having an issue with spam coming from different email senders from this extension @morecentre.org.uk I have blocked addresses on your spam controls, saved the settings, moved the "spam" to trash, deleted the "Spam" folder contents and continue to receive the same spam in my mailbox the following day. YOUR BLOCK SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING!!! Your techs need to figure out a way to fix this problem.

I am getting something like 50 criminal emails per day now. It seems that "unsubscribe" links have the opposite effect if you use them so I have stopped trying to unsubscribe. Why are these people not in prison? it is simple enough to identify criminal emails just from the subject line or the sender's address.

In the past several months I have been getting the majority of spam from - first, Germany (.de) and secondly, United Kingdom (.uk). When I received a survey back when I began to get over one hundred emails from Germany each time I signed in, I explained that I had another AOL user/friend check her spam folder and she had one by one, the exact same spams which proved that this was not a user issue, but an AOL issue. Within two or three weeks I finally stopped getting any more spam from Germany and the amount of spam went down immensely. Now, I'm having the same issue with spam coming from the UK (or appearing to come from the UK). As a customer of AOL for over 20 years, I have to say that I am getting very frustrated. I have blocked addresses on your spam controls and found the exact same spam back in my mail a few days later.....for whatever reason, this does not work. I have mentioned this several times, but why can't your techs figure out a way to block emails/spam by country code. That would eliminate the majority of the spams.

Check out your Contacts list. Yahoo has an auto add contact address flaw. I deleted a huge number of auto added spam addresses. Was auto adding even those I was reporting as phishing and spoofs.Seems to have gotten better except for the AOL spoofs.
