AOL stopped working with Outlook yesterday
Stop forcing users since 1993 to use web mail, reinstate outlook interface.

Same issue - I have been using AOL since the 1990's. The email address is everywhere. It worked fine with Outlook until May of 2021. I have tried several times to reinstall, have spent hours trying to find a fix, Nothing works. Are you going after people who use the free service?

I am truly ****** that I can't pull up my emails on Outlook on my home computer and also with Safari on my phone. Having to log in to mail.aol.com is a pain **********! I can see am not alone. How about taking care of your long time users?

This is silly I've had a AOL account forever and suddenly can't use Outlook 365. Using aol on the web is a pain and refuse to use it.

Yet again my AOL will NOT synch with Outlook 365. Your system has turned to a pool of **** since Verizon took over the accounts. Maybe the American Public will lie back and let you shaft them but personally I am canceling my account as find this totally unacceptable despite having been a customer continuosly since system opening as Compuserve!

Very disappointed that I can not sync my aol with outlook. I am contemplating deleteing my aol account and I have been a aol user for over 20 years.

Same here. My Verizon email accounts are no longer working with Outlook email client or any third-party email client. It's an AOL technical issue. AOL needs to investigate this issue as it seems to be their email servers. This started on Aug. 5th from my end as well. What's going on here?
