My computer is OLD. I'm a disabled senior; can't afford anything new. You added a Captcha I can't access. Sent this from a friend's. HELP !

I've had an account with AOL for over thirty years, when you paid for the actual time you were on it. The **** Catcha's gimmick photos are so small and crowded you can't make em out. It's useless to ask AOL is correct any thing. The service sucks compared to it's previous owners.

I quit using aol because of captcha. I been back about a week and I am already sorry I came back. If you ask me to do captcha again, I will delete this account.

Why isn't aol.com sending some of my e-mails to the recipient? For example, info@sydameapteek.ee is NOT an unsafe or dangerous e-mail address!!!!!

100% this. I cam e here to say this. Why am I forced to use a Captcha just before putting in my password, to "prove" I'm "not a robot?" I've had an aol email for more than a quarter century -- which I imagine to be true of 98% of your email users. I'm not a robot, and the pssword is meant to establish my identity. What problem are you solving with the Captcha?

I am tired of doing CAPTCHA every time I open my email. Please disable it or at least have a choice of using it!@

I pay the AOL tech support extortion every month.
NOW I need tech support to DO something.
STOP...STOP...STOP the continuous CAPTCHA nonsense.....CONTINUOUS.
This captcha stuff has to be initiated by the AOL mail server but nobody at AOL seems to know how to stop it. (I use a browser to visit the AOL mail web site.) -

I agree Captcha logon is ****. A tiny little popup that your suppose to find chimneys I'll determine what is appropriate security for me.

Agree with the other seniors. I've been with AOL since it began and never had Captcha on sign on - why now suddenly? Why would any robot try to access my account and if it did I would certainly get AOL to fix it right way. Please end Captcha now.

AGREE! I am a senior with visual issues. Have been with AOL since 1997! The photos are small and the items to find near INVISIBLE! This is utterly ridiculous! GET RID OF the CAPTCHA. We do NOT need to do it on EVERY sign in!

At 74 and with diminished eyesight, I agree with Peter 100%. In order to access my email account, I have to enlarge the screen 4X so the CAPTCHA photos are somewhat visible, though the resolution isn't as detailed when blown up. VERY FRUSTRATING to have to deal with CAPTCHA at all.
