Spam Block
Setting "only from contacts" should block ALL other senders, yet it does not. Many of us don't have time for SCAMS and Massive unwanted advertising. Even snail mail has never been this inefficient when a resident request unwanted mail to stop; otherwise a law suit can be the next message the unwanted company/scams may face. Yet, AOL Allows these criminals and does not protect the user. AOL enables constant massive overwhelming spam email. The settings need to give the user the ability to protect their mail box. Cost free, on regular mail a lock does this basic security task.

I have been receiving obscene SPAM ads that border on racist. They have been arriving since my husband got a prescription for Viagra. On a related vein, I have been getting spam based on my own health history and prescriptions. Is Medicare selling our information?

I paid for AOL Gold and it done nothing to block my spam. I am thinking about stopping my subscription. AOL need another $4.99/month to do the blocking, We should take AOL to court in a class action. Any body Game? Send me an email at Unasips@hotmail.com subject: "BOCK AOL SPAM".

Block rubbish from our personal e-mails. I'm an 81 year old widow and receive vulgar spams by the dozens on sex, prostitutes, etc. and junk clutter every day.

I get email from spammers in my inbox regularly, yet IMPORTANT emails (from my banks, my newspaper, and from businesses I regularly do business with) get dumped into spam folder. I have to check my spam folder every day and pull out important messages.
