    I'm not getting messages in my email account - even from safe senders on my contact list.
    What is going wrong & how can this be fixed ?

    I AM NOT GETTIN EMAILS IN MY INBOX THIS IS SOOO AGGRIVATING ESPECIALY WHEN YOU'RE EXPECTING URENT MAIL. I THOUGHT AOL WAS THE TRUTH - I SEE NOW IT'S GARBAGE LIKE MY FB ACCOUNT

    I am not getting emails from safe senders and ones I have emailed, not in spam not in junk. I am going to have to move everything from AOL as it isn't reliable anymore.

    I have 83 new emails that don't come up in the box where I would normally view them. Started yesterday. I also stopped getting email from numerous places starting 6/17/2021. What's up with that? AOL is going to **** in a handbasket.

    My emails are not going into my In Box but are going into my Trash Folder. How can this be corrected?

    Make sure you haven't included your address in the block field. I lost 35 emails over many weeks until I contacted CEO via Instagram and he assigned someone to fix it - took 1 second! As I live in France no French telephone support and they just sent me formulated replies and no other country would help. I was beside myself and no longer use my AOL account owing to lack of support. Currently a SPAM folder for junk emails - another HUGE AOL problem.

    Have filled out numerous demands to verify my account over the past 2 months. The more I filled out, the more the demands came. Now my account is blocked. Royal goofoff by AOL. at my expense

    I am not getting emails on my account since yesterday. I think that my account was hacked and I changed the password, but no new emails ever since.

    Also have not received any new non-spam emails since Oct 9. Just called Tech Support and was told I would have to pay $3/month for them to add tech support and unlock it. Not a chance!!!
    Going to stick with Gmail from now on!!
