Spam icon not showing number of pieces in folder
I don't like the change to the spam folder which no longer shows how many pieces of mail are in the folder next to the icon like New Mail and Drafts. I use to just glance at this folder to see how many were in there now I have to open it up. I just figured this out and don't understand why you would make this change.

Same here. This is driving me crazy (as well as all the spam mail that's no longer being filtered).

All of the sudden, my spam/junk folder stopped showing when messages have automatically been added to the folder. Up until this week, the folder would always have a number(of emails) adjacent to it, letting me know to check. A bit frustrating

Why have you deleted the item counter icon on the spam folder? Now, I have to open the spam folder to see if there is anything in there. I can see no possible benefit to this change. Please return to things as they were. It wasn't broke, didn't need fixin'.

There is no indication of spam messages despite the fact that there are many of them.

I have the same problem. I spoke to tech service and they were unable to help me. I wonder how many subscribers have the same problem.

Why does my e-mail NOT showthat i have any SPAM?.This just started to happen today(10/5)
