I get a "Heads Up" notification regarding the language I am using, very annoying. I cannot find where to eliminate this. Checking my settings did not help. I only got a response from your automated service. Clearly it was suggested what i exactly did myself - I checked my settings. Nothing worked! I did not change my settings. Language and country are all the same yet your annoying head up keeps appearing for no reason. No one speaking another language is trying to access my mails.

Please try accessing AOL Mail through this page: https://mail.aol.com/webmail-std/en-uk/suite Additionally, if you're using a bookmark, please delete it then add this new one.
