  1. Trouble sending large PDF files

    I am continuing to have trouble sending larger files thru AOL...why...we have been paying you our money for decades and in the last year, we continually get the message can't be sent right now try again later...why?

  3. Spell check

    In the old form of AOL, when you wrote an email, it would ask if you wanted to review it or send it. it would lighlight spelling errors, It nolonger does that or have spell check that I can find. I need that feature.

    Need a way to use two names in from field so that when the user replies to sender it goes to both addresses.

  7. Last week, I didn't need a password to access Amazon, now I need one. Can this nonsense end? d hem

    Please with the passwords, I've spent most of the morning trying to access Amazon and you keep asking me for a password. Everyone I give you say it isn't valid. I owe them money and would like to pay what I owe! How do I do that that?

  8. Two weeks ago I lost the ability to send or receive email on my Android phone & on Outlook on my computer & can't rebuild the profiles. HELP

    I can still use my Verizon.net via the web. Did anything change at AOL? Can you look at my account? Can you help? Thanks!

  10. Eliminate sender's name on emails.

    How can I eliminate my name from an email that I Forward, Reply or Reply All. I just one the email address to be seen alone w/o my name.

    We never slow connection. In most cases when you are experiencing latency it may be due to the browser being used. We do recommend using Chrome or Firefox.

  16. All of my messages from netscape / aim are bounced back as "suspicious" by yahoo. I've had to change my password twice in two days. Why????

    Get with the folks at yahoo.com and figure out why netscape / aim mails I'm sending are being bounced as "suspicious". I've changed my password twice in two days. You're forcing me to use gmail, which I HATE.

  17. How to get my name and email address to always show at the bottom of emails I send

    To create and set a signature in AOL Mail, please go to mail.aol.com from a PC or laptop then follow these steps:

    1. Under your username, click Options | Mail Settings.

    2. Click the “Compose” tab.

    3. Next to “Rich Text/HTML,” select Use signature.

    4. Enter your signature info.

    5. Click Save Settings.
