Sent attachments should NOT have the entire path as the name. Should just be the lowest level file name. Now, it starts with C:/Users/ etc.

I
When I receive a piece of mail that requires my investigation, or discussion with another person, I'd like to save that email and attach notes to it regarding the resolution of that item. Is this possible?
The option to add notes in emails is not available but you can click on Reply to compose and instead of sending it, click Save and it will go to your Drafts folder.
