Hi! On my iPhone I tried to use bing to pull up aol, I click the button to get the menu of folders. I click a folder but nothing happens! I click search box, but can’t type anything. I do person icon to sign out, and see click to close bar, but click doesn’t do anything. All these things work fine on safari. Please fix them.

Website is not working as it should ( and used to ).
When trying to clean up my E-Mail it does not allow me to click on a box and go down a bunch to the last one I want to delete and the shift-click and auto fill DOES NOT WORK. It used to and now it doesn't. I went to the AOL "help site" and it does not let me ask a question or inform them of their problem unless I upgrade my service. TOTAL *** when it is an AOL problem - GEEEEEZ.

Be able to see mail filtered to folders, in Inbox or other notification
Hello AOL,
Thank you for the ability to create filters for email to go folders. The challenge is that we do not see the auto-filtered to folders email, in the inbox, so it is often overlooked.
Is there a way to see in the general inbox, and also find in the folders? If so, along with subfolders, I would use this filter feature more frequently and effectively.
Thank you for your consideration,
KimIf a new mail is filtered to a specific mail folder, the folder will have a number next to it, indicating that there is a new mail.

Can't get into my account on a Sunday and I am suing you for a lost contract
On a Sunday morning when I am finalizing a business deal I was unable to enter my AOL email because it decided, for the 1st time in 15 years, to do a phone verification check. I no longer own a phone a do not have any access to my prior numbers, and therefore I have lost this business deal, and your company has cost me over 50,000 dollars. I intend to sue you and am contacting my lawyer now

log in issue related to guce.advertising.com
I am unable to log in to my AOL/Verizon webmail at work:
I try to access my webmail via this link: https://mail.aol.com/webmail-std/en-us/suite
Note: My corporate network is very slow and pages sometimes time out, but I can usually get to them by simply reloading the page.
Over the past several months, by using the link above, I would get to the log in screen, enter my email, get to the password screen and enter my password. After hitting enter, the browser "circles" for a long time, then the URL bar changes to: https://guce.advertising.com/collectIdentifiers?sessionId=1_cc-session_d250abfc-bcd0-41ec-b5ab-d9112d7df63e
AND I get an error message stating:…

Bookmarks in Favorites no longer work from AOL page.
You must navigate to another site or open another tag to accomplish this.
In case you are using a bookmark to access AOL Mail, please go to mail.aol.com and sign in, then bookmark the page. This is likely caused by a broken link from an old bookmark.
