AOL MAIL
The new icon which I was encouraged (insisted) to use is slow, cumbersome, and does not categorize emails as it does on my computer. As an example, everything goes to inbox and seems to stay there so if I am looking for an email I received last week, I have to laboriously go through the inbox.

Not getting audio notification when new mail arrives
I am on an iPhone. I no longer get a audio notification when new mail arrives. I have the setting in AOL for me to hear a sound. I have my iPhone set up for me to get audio notification on my email. I have no clue what else to do but I need to know they're there. I also no longer get an indicator of new mail on my iPhone UNTIL I open AOL email THEN the number of unread emails show on screen.

How can I delete excess emails from my AOL account
Why can't I DELETE unwanted excess emails from my AOL account? Kids created extra emails that I don't use and want to get rid of but haven't been able to. Very frustrating.

Authentication
Every authentication complaint is shut down because you can turn it off entirely... My account is incredibly insecure right now because I turned it off rather than having to use two different authentications. I only want one... Not two not three note zero... one... This isn't Fort Nox... How about you guys think a little...

synch errors with third party clients causing email interruptions from AOL
AOL - Yahoo, has made some changes in their IMAP protocol recently.
First is a limit of 10k messages per 1 folder.
And the second one is a feature that disconnects you after 1 hour of activity.Jun 10 The new Yahoo IMAP server also uses the yet-not-approved IMAP extension MESSAGELIMIT https://ietf.org/id/draft-ietf-extra-imap-partial-01.html So people with large mailboxes have issues running FETCH 1:* queries as it would return a NO

The time on my emails sent out are 3 hours behnidn the time zone and daylight savings time that I live in. the time stamp on those files are wrong and not accurte. The day is right. How do you change the clock and what happens to who knows how many things in the past have the wrong time stamp on them :

my own problems
I have experienced numerous problems with AOL, Back when I lived in Milwaukee, we had warner cable, AOL worked fine, then when I became widowed and moved nearer my family in VA I went with Verizon, fine, then AOL bought Verizon or visa versa, whatever, and I could only get my emails thru AOL I started having problems but only after 11PM.
After working with them for months, verizon admitted it was their problem and finally got it fixed. (No, it wasn't one of those, 'the customer is always right!' things), it really was their problem. And bless their little…Hi there,

enable/disable of conversation mode cannot be accessed
The help describes how to turn on Conversation Mode as follows:
"Turn Conversations on or off
- Click the Settings icon Image of the settings icon. | click More settings.
- Click Viewing email.
- Toggle Group by conversations on or off Image of the toggle on icon.."
The problem is the "Group by Conversations" checkbox is not present in the settings, therefore I can't turn it on.

Sending emails to old mail without my approval!
How do I STOP aol from automatically sending emails to "old mail" or "recently deleted". It's extremely annoying and I'm very tired of this happening every day! This should be my decision NOT aol's!

HOW CAN YOU IMPROVE?BY LLETTING US BACK IN TO OUR AOL MAIL
I have had AOL for 23 years and have NEVER had problems signing in,NEVER.I cant log in PERIOD!!!!...Where I usually put my email address which i've had for 23 years as well it has my Yahoo email address which I rarely go to that site..I have tried everything and cant get in to see notifications from the groups I run on Facebook and facebook is no better at logging in than AOL........If it aint broke to start with dont try to fix it.These sites are making it harder and harder to log in to because someone at they're ********* desk…
