  1. WHATS THE POINT OF FEEDBACK WHEN NO ONE RESPONDS ? LOUSY CUMSTOMER SERVICE !

    PUT CONTROL OF MESSAGES BACK INTO HANDS OF USERS ! STOP SENDING MESSAGES TO 'OLD EMAIL' FILE EVERYTIME A USER OPENS ONE. ....AND ALL THE ADDS ARE DISTRACTING AND INFRINGE ON USERS PERSONAL SPACE !!!! YOUR PRODUCT STINKS...FIX IT !!!

  3. My AOL email will not stay signed in. Your "fix" for this problem doesn't work. Fix it or I will also go to Gmail.

    My AOL email will not stay signed in. I already reported this, as have hundreds of others. Your "fix" has no effect. In fact, now every time I am forced to re-sign in I'm asked to prove I'm not a robot, and I am forced to pick out the items indicated in a picture. YOUR INCOMPETENCE HAS REACHED NEW HEIGHTS!

  4. My aol mail stopped working in a 3rd party consolidation app, citing settings - gmail, hotmail, outlooketc still work

    Aol stopped working in my blackberry hub + services - "can't authenticate, check settings (in AOL) and try again" All my other emails work, the app doesn't integrate either. Please put specific directions in help for settings to allow my aol mail to work again. The App for android is untenable - no flexibility at all for intra-device organization, cumbersome GUI.

  5. Deleting emails.

    Is there anywhere in settings to change how emails are deleted?? I have 50K+ emails to delete because I can't figure out an efficient way to delete them. Please fix!!!

  6. CAPTCHA every time I log in? RIDICULOUS!

    I understand that AOL might think it is doing users a big favor and protecting them by requiring the CAPTCHA photo selection, but EVERY SINGLE TIME one attempts to log in??? Crazy, frustrating, and extremely frustrating for those of us who log in four or more times a day! I notice I am not the only user who is upset about this, so perhaps AOL should pay attention and do something about it, cutting back the CAPTCHAs to once a month, or even once every other week, but NOT EVERY TIME EMAIL IS ACCESSED. You want AOL users and count…

  7. why do you advertise 24hrs. and then when we call you have a tape says you are close??

    needed to recuperate my 1,000 latest emails, that some hackers erased them, and you philiphine man, very politely said he can not retrieve them, though he tried 4 times. Apple is able to do it going into my computer, and your guy took 60 , tried 4 times, with little success. why does N'T AOL PROVIDE THEIR WORKERS WITH THEIR RIGHT TOOLS TO HELP CUSTOMERS. WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY ARE YOU RUNNING? nO WONDER PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING, AND WE DO NOT NEED APOLOGIES, PLEASE!!!

  11. I've used aol for 21 years but it's obviously time to move on now.. they haven't that's for sure!

    Make your email accounts easy to read like all the others do.. it's like being back at school reading emails now!

  12. 3rd party email

    I cannot vote up other comments for some reason so I am writing my own. This 3rd party email app password is a horrible idea. I never wanted to be an AOL user and I feel betrayed by Verizon. I have been using Outlook as a mail client for many years and now, I must use YOUR password, a password YOU control, rather than my own. I feel this is less secure for me. At the very least you should make this an option and allow your customers to assume any risk of using their existing passwords with email clients.

  13. Arranging Sent Mail

    When I am in the Inbox, I can click on the From column, and all of the emails are alphabetized by sender. I cannot do that when I am in the Send folder. Why is that, and can it be changed to the same feature as the Inbox?

  20. Recurring failure notice won't stop

    No clear way to stop a recurring Failure Notice. Not seeing any way to stop the same notice that is repeating more than 50 times in my Inbox and don't want to miss a new Failure Notice. There needs to be a Help answer for this.
