keyword block
please create a keyword block (either in the email address or heading or in the subject matter that would automatically prevent email from being viewed in the spam folder or go directly to trash. This same block could be used for specific senders who change their email domain but not their name

"SEND" Button moved; Automatic loading of email Reply when opening new mail.
The "COMPOSE" button resides in the same location as the "SEND" button in the former version. As such, muscle memory has me hitting "COMPOSE" which results in my message being parked in drafts...when I assumed it was sent. That works great for urgent, time-sensitive messages..
Also, when opening new mail, the server automatically opens a reply draft, instead of merely opening the message.
I've been using AOL Mail since 1994. Yet, I still use it, despite that each new change makes using AOL more (not less) difficult, frustrating and challenging. Sometimes, function is more important than loyalty.57th ranked -
back button
Prefer Old version BACK button would take you BACK to the original email after forwarding it. New version I have to go to the Old mail folder and find it if I need to act on it (e.g file it)

I Hate opening up AOL because everyday there is a constant feed of a child death, It gives a bad emotional feeling every time I open AOL
Put positive news in the aol page make people feel good instead of constant death, doom and gloom, it's a very negative page where I hate signing in knowing the first headline will be a child who has been killed. Might be time to look for something else if you love death so much

STOP BEING SO WOKE!!!
AOL has turned into a bias woke joke. It's very obvious that AOL is far left liberal democrats by the articles posted. I now understand why AOL has such few customers. I will soon be another one who leaves. Try being fair when it comes to politics. You would probably have a lot more customers. Go Woke...Go Broke!!!

Moderators suck
Get rid of the moderators you have now. They are terrible. I left AOL paid account because of the moderators. You would still be getting my $35/mo if it weren't for the moderators.

clearing spam
Just make clearing spam an 'ALL' at once option. this going page by page and having to do three clicks per page is antiquated. Quit being idiots and sell outs to commerce and give us all a break

'Secure Your Account' does not provide option to skip.
After signing in, I am prompted to secure my account by changing my password. However my password is a very secure one that I memorized. There is no option to skip this step and keep the password that I had, so now I am at risk of forgetting my password and being locked out of my account. There's no support to remove this block on accounts, either. Do not force users to change security settings!

reinstate 'Empty Spam Folder' option
What happened to right-clicking the Spam icon in the left margin and having the "empty Spam Folder" option come up instead of having to go into the folder and delete entries page by page?
