Your Block Spam control except for contacts is a JOKE. I receive anywhere from 40/60 and that's on a good day. Great job AOL

I don't have an idea....just a question that I really hope you can answer it.....my older son told me that I should change from using aol email to a newer email because AOL is going out of business soon at least for email users....Is this correct? Are you going out of business on your email side of things? Thank you

When adding a name to an existing group, when you click create, it should say that the group already exists. Do you want to replace it, with an option for yes or no. This will allow you to keep the same name but include the additional email addresses.

Why can I not see the beginning of the e-mail only the name. Plus when I delete it leaves the empty boxes on the left and new mail fills in below. This has been a mess for about a month or more. I am 80 and not real good with computers. I have not changed anything myself.

Allow for the deletion of the SPAM Folder and automatically trash any email that would have been routed to that folder. The Block everything except for email from anyone in your contact list does not work worth a darn

Stop the offensive ads for fake dogs and other fake pets. They are horrible. This makes me almost throw up every time I see it. You are playing it over and over and over. I'm ready to retire my aol account.

Took almost 12 hours to receive 3 separate messages today on AOL Gold. If there is a service problem, can we not be notified ? Put that on the front page instead of all the ads. If this is the service for the "new" email, what am I paying for ??

Why do you not have the Option to Block Senders in the Spam folder for bad and harmful websites? verses having to use account settings to add there ? THIS IS VARY DIFFICULT FOR MOST USERS TO UNDERSTAND...

I now have to enter my password every time I open AOL mail. How do I stop this from happening?
