  4. 'AOL.com is not Responding due to a long running script'

    'AOL.com is not Responding due to a long running script' getting this message a lot when i try to view my email. Clearing catch does not help. This only started recently. I use AOL mostly for email, and this is getting annoying.

  7. Allow people to change their posting name on the news threads.

    I just want to change my name on the news posting threads.
    That used to be possible. Why isn't it now?
    Also, why are my comments deleted all the time? I DO NOT
    use foul language or post anything objectionable.

    Please click on the drop-down arrow next to the company name (from the list of Ad companies), then go to ’More detail about ’, and click on ’Click here to opt out of ’ to manually out out from that one company.

  14. Question: i just got a request to verify my netscape account. This request went to spam and requests password. Legitimate?

    See subject line. Is a request not marked aol or netscape a real request? Don't want to be locked out of account, but also don't want to be hacked.

  17. Weather forecast is awful. Daily shows 100 percent chance of rain but hourly shows zero chance. This happens daily. Per cent meaningless

    Have the hourly forecast be consistent with the daily. Who cares if the chance of rain has passed, but the daily still shows 100 percent

  18. Get the headlines working. Print and pictures are not coordinated; print stays on "1/81" while pictures move on without their own headling.

    Bring the headlines in print and their matching pictures together. Try it yourself. The printed headline does not change as one moves from picture to picture.

  19. Improve customer service!

    In July 2018, we asked for our account to be deleted. We followed the instructions and could not delete account. They said that if we did not go into the account at all, it would be deleted (did not say suspended). Yesterday, we called AOL and asked if the account was deleted and they said no, because we were still getting unwanted e-mails. After 57 minutes on hold and on the phone with Sebastian, there finally was a quick fix that took less than a minute. I kept asking to speak to a supervisor to no avail. This truly was…
