Develop the capability to add a Logo to my outgoing signature. Every other email service has this capability.
Every time I send an email there is an automatic signature including my name, business address, etc.
I would like to add my Logo to that automatic signature.If you do not have a picture in your current signature, you will need to reset your Webmail preferences. Go to mail.aol.com, hold down the Shift key and click on the AOL logo. A new page will come up with the option to reset the webmail preferences. Please click the Reset button.
Afterward, send a test email without setting a signature. Once the email is sent, you should receive a pop-up to set your signature, this is the only way you will be able to add pictures in the signature. -
I have two AOL email accounts and both of them freeze up and fail to complete loading.
AOL has been SO DIFFICULT to use. WHY??? Is it time to end???

Can't get games on Firefox
Have tried your tips 1-4 but still can't get Wordchuck on Firefox, although I have always been able to for the past 5 yrs. Since I pay a monthly fee, I don't want to have this kind of problem. Please fix this.
We suggest that you use Google Chrome. We’re unable to replicate this issue.

#1. Verify your location. This can be done by making sure your correct City, State is in the top left of your Welcome Screen. If it is not, please click “Update Your Location” under Local News and Weather, enter your Zip Code and press Save. Then try going to Weather.aol.com to see if this information is aligned with our weather source Weather.com.
#2. Clear cache, cookies, history, and footprints in your browser then repeat the instructions about in #1.

Stop requesting aol users approve Oath's request for us to relinquish our privacy
This is the second time I have made this request. My request was not even acknowledged the last time. Every time I sign on to AOL, I must agree to Oath's terms with regard to privacy or agree to deal with it later. I do not wish to do either and have been up until now clicking on "Deal with it later." I have talked to AOL techs about this and in spite of the fact that they are sympathetic to my issue they tell me that unfortunately if I don't want it, the only thing I can do is…

Auto rotate freezes up
Why the **** does the auto rotate screen freeze up if the cursor is not on it. Who told AOL customers like that...Just let it rotate and maybe we might see a NEW story.
You may have noticed that the pause button is no longer there. That’s because all you need to do now to stop the rotation is to hover your mouse over the photo or the links. And when you want to restart the rotation, simply move your mouse off the image or links and it will resume. It’s that easy!

this is a question....i had to type nickname in everytime i bommented on a news story today...i mean every comment on the page...why
Make sure that you are logged into your account when you want to comment to an article. If you are logged in your nickname should appear every time.

find out who is booting users out of comments to mail sign in Because it has happened to me at least 10-15 times and speed up your service I don't have these problems on ANY other website so I know it's on your end to take care of.
