Confused About @AIM response when AOL Supports reads back email address!
When calling in today for technical support, the auto attendant read back my email address with @AIM.com and NOT AOL.com. Why? This is confusing and causes a suspicion that I'm not on the correct support site. Please advise on a remedy. Thank you.
AOL and AIM.com domains are the same, they are different aliases from which you can send out or receive emails.

When flagging an email in AOL mail, you are marking a message that you may want to come back to for a follow-up. Makes it stand out. You even have a column so you can order the emails in a folder by “flag”. If you click again to make it go away.

AOL IS THE WORST AT PRIVCY
Video How To Encrypt emails is never available. Are your emails private or is all your information on the dark web because AOL is lacks in security?
Your AOL emails are transmitted over a secure encrypted connection. If you are looking for a feature to encrypt the content of the email, so that only you and the recipient can decrypt, unfortunately this is not available in AOL Mail.

Odd question but how can we find all the posts we've made answering on various stories?
Please devise a way for each person to be able to see all the posts they've made throughout time. I'm looking for some of mine that were apparently answered and cannot find them. HELP. If there is already a way, PLEASE teach me. Thank you.

Sent mail folder on AOL android app is empty after sending messages.
I have two Android smartphones, an LG G Vista and a Motorola Moto G. Same problem on both phones using the AOL app. I send a message and it's received correctly. When I look in the Sent folder, the screen says "This folder is empty." If I go to AOL Webmail using a browser, the Sent folder correctly displays all sent messages. I also have two other AOL email accounts on one of the phones, and those accounts do not have the Sent folder problem when using the AOL app. The problem occurs in only one AOL email account.
This issue might be a result of using the account configured as POP, in one of your mail clients or mobile devices.
POP downloads email from a server to a single computer/device, then deletes it from the server. Because your messages get downloaded to a single computer or device and then deleted from the server, it can appear that mail is missing or disappearing from your Inbox if you try to check your mail from a different computer. Please check your account setup on all of your devices and email clients (e.g. Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Live Mail), and for the ones that are using the account as POP, please make sure to have the option to leave a copy of the message on the server checked, or setup the account to use IMAP instead of POP.
For help with configuring the account as IMAP, please…
