I have gotten no satisfaction on getting my problem solved. I am about ready to cancel my service and find one that seems to be more interested in my problem.

Chat or phone tech support for paid members: Hire some more personnel! As a paying member, it is impossible to reach tech support!
You can kiss me goodbye as a long time paying member if you don't improve service. -

The service needs improvements. And make it more easier to set and change my password. I hope you’ll respond to this feedback.

Your customer support is insulting, might as well just call me ******.
I've used AOL mail for 18 yrs,I'm getting rid of it,I have 3 other emails that work much better, and their support actually deals with the problem, not giving me such insulting ideas as "just clear your cookies/cache,update your browser. -

Screen the ***** emails I'm getting from sub messengers who are waiting for some one to open them leading to a Pandora of scams. These people are so obvious they are scams but why aren't you filtering these accounts?

I called the number given for tech support due to a mail problem/ reading my mail. The home page appears but the mail count does not. Instead a pop up for some fantasy sport program appears The tech was hard to understand due to his accent. I doubt if he was in the States. He could correct the problem if I were to sign up a program - very costly--. How about AOL honor its commitment to subscribers and have people that can correct the problem and keep customers satisfied. Having been a AOL customer for over 30 years I have had it with the BS could be time for a new service Anyone have a better place to go to???

I've paid for AOL support for over a year - since being dropped by Verizon - today I've had enough "help". I spent several hours trying to get your folks to help me get the files straight in Outlook. The first half hour was in even getting to someone - I was repeatedly cut off. I then spoke with a rep "*********" who wasn't trained in Outlook. She then tried to sell me an "upgrade". When I asked to speak to a Manager, she said she would send me to a 2d level support person. The person I then reached told me she was an advanced tech support person. After another 45 minutes she admitted she was a sales person and couldn't help either. When I again asked to speak with a manager she hung up on me. I will be finding another mail system that has a minimum of customer service.

Pls review your hiring and evaluation policies for tech support. After 2 hours of start restart and downloading in stalling and uninstalling your off-shore VIP techs could not restore the functionalities of my Address Book. I was told to go into AOL through Chrome or Explorer to access my e-mail and use the features. This is after more than 20 years as a paid subscriber of AOL .I was told to "just check back from time-to-time" to see if the issue is fixed." Incredible lack of technical knowledge and skill as well as concern for the customer and the work they do.

Tech Support was terrible. I called with a problem and I knew more than she did. May have lost 678 emails permanently. VERY IMPORTANT emails ended up in Trash. We could have resent them back to ourselves. Instead she took over screen and then dragged them to INBOX. That did not work. Her Supervisor told her to resend 2,000 emails to my sister and let her find the ones that were missing. Your Techs are terrible. May have lost them forever. And it took over 24 hours to come in. I am speaking on behalf of my sister who uses AOL too since beginning and now we both dislike it. And you charge us monthly! I am not displaying my AOL address. thanks
