3. AOLs AI and security system is age discriminatory to elderly people

   As I have only one phone and it is a flip fone, I am unable to update my credit card info because your AI system requires ne to retieve a text, With a flip fone, I cannot go on HOLD, in order to retrieve the code number--as I have to hang up in order to speak to your techs. I also tried to update my card on line--and the AI system would not allow me to do that either (I think because my card was not current. I need to walk 2 bocks to my nearest neighbor, to ask them to walk back to my home with me to use their fone. Thus far I would have walked 2 bolcks..and when my neighbor returns home, they would also have walked 2 more bolcks. I am 77 years old with a bad knee and hip,
   
   YOU NEED TO CHANE YOUR VERIFICATION SYSTEM FOR PEOPLE WITH FLIP FONES. You could easily have your staff return the call to my number -- that would satisfy the verification, but your staff are not allowed to do that

4. I cannot post a comment Read and Share on AOL.com

   If I Tap on "Today on AOL" and select one of the many articles from various sources like CNN, Associated Press,etc...scroll down to the blue and white comments box/Comment to place a comment it gives 2 choices. Under the word CONVERSATION a box opens and says;"What do you think?" You get 2 choices > 1 is to Login in and 2 > is to Sign up to Post. When I try to use either choice it brings me back up to the top of the page. It will not allow me to Sign in or Comment. I have an AOL account and I am signed into it but it makes no difference. The account I had a while ago I deleted for personal reasons and privacy. I'd like to know How To sign back in and make Comments. Thank You, Please help.

5. Harassment allowed in the comments Section/Bias comment removal of comment that mention God

   THIS IS NOT AN IDEA, THIS IS A COMPLAINT. VOTING AND VOTING IMPORTANCE IS COMPLETELY DISMISSED.
   
   COMPLAINT:
   In the comments section in the article aol has posted about Britney Griner, the Lesbian Basketball player, if someone discusses God in the negative you allow it but if I write "virgin birth of God" it needs approval. Also I have been harassed to day in the comments after I ended the conversation multiple times and aol allowed it although it is against your guidelines. When someone ends a discussion and with no animosity the other person should respect and the conversation is ended not continue as if they have a mental issue of sort. I get it, they say what they need to say to try and convince of something that is not true and attack you because of it, but to continue on and on is lunacy. I have already filed 4 complaints against M.........O and have taken this to the Yahoo as well, This person needs to have manners and also have a stopping point. There is nothing wrong with an opinion but if there is no fact in it , you cannot force it on others by trolling and harassing them. If M.........O does it here, M.......O may take it further. Acceptance of reality is not an option in this world. Please see my complaints and ask the AOL Staff/Moderator to be less bias, not everyone lives subjectively. A lot of us know the truth and stick to it.

   Because politically, the right is the party associated with the interests of the upper or dominant classes, while the left represents the middle and lower economic and social classes.

   The conservative right has defended entrenched prerogatives, privileges and powers; the left has attacked them.

   The right has been more favorable to the aristocratic position and the hierarchy of birth and wealth; the left has fought for the equalization of opportunity, and for the claims of the less advantaged.

   Which of those sounds closer to the communism of the real world (think... Putin's iron-fisted rule of the working-class v all the Russian oligarchs) ... as opposed to the figments of right-wing accusations?

   And I suppose...

    I never suggested that Orcas never "kill for sport!"
    I simply believe that is not their main form of recreation.

    And I don't believe anyone can accurately draw a hard line by saying they are never at risk of predation. Which means that they do... albeit seldom... have a need to protect themselves!

    My point is simply that the world is not black and white....
    Predator or prey!

    And just for S&Gs...
    There are dozens of species in the animal kingdom who kill for sport... scientifically referred to as "surplus killing."

    On that list are dolphins, feral and domestic cats, leopards, ants, spiders, monkeys and apes, and even elephants! Not to mention the most prevalent of them all... humans!

    However... none of them exhibit that behavior all the time!

    Mitchell was kept in the “drunk tank,” naked, on a bare concrete floor, with near freezing air blowing on him until his internal temp dipped to a lethal 72 degrees, while corrections officers are filmed "clowning and laughing” in front of his cell.

    While that type of behavior is not exclusive to Alabama…
    It is ironic that it should occur in a state whose Supreme Court recently described that a constitutional foundation of the state is the “sanctity of life.”

    It is also ironic that in a state which ranks in the upper echelons of government sanctioned executions, that same court should claim divine guidance by specifically stating: “(1) God made every person in His image; (2) each person therefore has a value that far exceeds the ability of human beings to calculate; and (3) human life cannot be wrongfully destroyed without incurring the wrath of a holy God, who views the destruction of His image as an affront to Himself,” and further that, “all human beings bear the image of God, and their lives cannot be destroyed without effacing His glory.”

    While I’m not a ‘religious’ person, per se…

    I do believe that concept is one we should all aspire to! Not only in preserving life, but in honoring all of it (think ‘diversity’) with respect, compassion, and love!

    Outlook emails not being received by AOL SMTP issue. Emails from Outlook are bouncing back when they are sent to AOL recipients. SMTP protocol negotiations are failing. It's a vendor issue!

18. Email Filter by Date Rage

    The email filters are quite basic. It would be very useful to have a filter that allows the user to filter by date range and then action something like move to a folder.

    For example: Email received between 01/01/24 - 01/03/24 move to folder "Quarter 1".

    This functionality would be very useful.
