Hello, latino cincuenta y pico chat is no good for nothing, I been telling you people all the problems for more than two years, and don't fix it, didn't do nothing. You people are adding more new chats like COVID-19 why not make a new chat for latino cincuenta y pico? with no issues, en less ads, those dam ads are freezing the chat, to many good for nothing just to mess up the chats. Please once make this chat to work, we are in the 21 century, old aol was better in their beginning, than aol gold.

Your process for helping someone reset a password when the account holder passes away - your current process stinks.
My husband passed away May 2020. I did not have his password and the phone number on record was his old number. I talked to
a representative three times and they all told me they would mail me the necessary forms in 5-7 business days. Still waiting!!!!!!!! I can't even do anything on-line because they all want his old phone number!!!! My only option as this point is to cancel my account with AOL and start all over with another provider..... -

I am unable to comment on any articles This has been an ongoing problem for over a year and I need it to be resolved.
Today when I tried liking or disliking any comment at the end of an article AOL immediately logs me off, I tried it several times and it is becoming frustrating.
I am a 20 year loyal customer of AOL and If this issue cannot be fixed I will leave AOL.

i search for “change my phone number” and the top result is "Using McAfee: Features". PATHETIC AND RIDICULOUS. do the world a favor will ya? give up and shut down. aol is useless. always was. always will be.

allow my phone number for security
I had my email account many years and my grandchildren are now adults, they too have email accounts we made many years ago on AOL. We used my cell phone number and now our old account wont allow the same phone number to be used anymore, AOL deleted from my account and other accounts we used.
