Don't disconnect tech support customers.
Gee, long wait,initial tech couldn't help, let me forward you to an advanced tech, click! Trying to call back, more disconnected calls. Verizon gets enough of my money; and AOL ditching customers is unacceptable. So I guess it's bleep me, I'm on my own? What good is a case reference number when you keep disconnecting me?

you're aware Windows10 makes it impossible for us to sync aol with windows mail. Used to work. Stopped. Make it Simple or Loose Me!
It's hard to find info about getting my ancient aol account to sync with my windows 10 PC, much less figure it out. I don't want to learn about ports, reconfiguring things, etc. You and Microsoft are clearly at war. They are winning. I was forced to create a Gmail account a few years back, now it works and aol does not. Been with aol since the beginning. friends make fun. I guess this is why. I keep getting sign in notifications for another AOL user and email address that I'm NOT even associated with. Don't know how else to report this. See Below:

Reevaluate your censorship policies
I do not have a problem with AOL censorship as you have done that to me several times. However, I am currently blocked from commenting on articles completely and I do not understand why. There should be some way of finding out specifically why a person is blocked. the times I have been rejected I have tried to change my language (not vulgar language) to make it more appropriate to aOL.. I am currently interested in getting my comments unblocked.

America Store seems to be promoting a very big SCAM.
Investigate American Stores advertisements and determine if they represent AOL. The ads show and infer that we would buy something very costly for low dollars. They switch, in hard to find print, to some cheap product. Bait and Switch?? Is this AOL?? A 4 wheel off road vehicle for 39.98--- hahaha. more like 18,500 for the vehicle shown. Tell me if you can read this ad to actually say that it is a helmet.

Stop employees from targeting users
I have been a premium member for over 24 years and some leftist employee has set up so that all of my posts are being rejected automatically with out review. This has to stop immediately and this employee should be termonated.
