How is it that COVID is affecting email support? Can't your employees work remotely like other technology companies?
Join the 21st century. Provide something remotely resembling average support for your customers. Provide a way for your support team to provide email support. How is it you can still do phone support (for paying members) during COVID but you can't provide email support?! Please transfer verizon emails to another company that actually cares about providing support.

Connect to chat faster
It took quite a while for my chat connection to happen. I had waited almost 10 minutes. Ran to get my phone and then got connected. It was frustrating to wait so long.

easy account verification
When verification is needed, instead of the notification popping up when ever it wants; there should be a tab to click on when we're ready with our phones or access to our back up emails. Then we could actually accomplish the task, instead of worrying about getting locked out, as the notification appears and disappear at it own whim.

Explain choices provided by AOL to assist customers "problem solve" an issue.
I received an email informing me that my email may need authenticating. For those of us who don't understand what that means, it would be helpful for AOL to provide some selections or drop downs that I can select for an explanation or clarification of what I need to do. It doesn't help to offer me choices if I don't understand which choice (potential remedy) is applicable to my specific issue. One way or another, as the longest running "website" and provider.... you must be more cautious of the vendor site to affiliate yourselves with.

As Usual AOL creates two problems when there is only one.
I am a paying member so AOL offers live help. But one has to wait forever for the live help, so in addition to seeking a solution AOL frustrates the user by being forever creaky in its response.
Suggestion #1. Since live help is wasteful of the users time, why not provide a link for email directly on the "seeking help" page.
Suggestion #2. Why I'm writing this in the first place. I am getting increasing numbers of SPAM with the address that starts out UnknownSender@.... The remainder of the address varies. Is there some way I can automatically…

Increase tech knowledge/level for Help Desk
There ought to be a way for Tech Assistant on a call to refer a problem to a certified webmaster. We experienced a problem whereby the email auto-complete for an address would ONLY print BOTH the Contact Name and the Email address. This made it impossible to send certain group messages when I only wanted folks to see email addresses, not names. The telephone tech assistant did all she could AND received NO HELP from whoever the Level One person was.
