AOL's IMAP email access has been down for goind on 18 hours. Is anyone working on it? Does anyone even know its not working?

America Store seems to be promoting a very big SCAM.
Investigate American Stores advertisements and determine if they represent AOL. The ads show and infer that we would buy something very costly for low dollars. They switch, in hard to find print, to some cheap product. Bait and Switch?? Is this AOL?? A 4 wheel off road vehicle for 39.98--- hahaha. more like 18,500 for the vehicle shown. Tell me if you can read this ad to actually say that it is a helmet.

Stop employees from targeting users
I have been a premium member for over 24 years and some leftist employee has set up so that all of my posts are being rejected automatically with out review. This has to stop immediately and this employee should be termonated.

Change Conversation room guidelines
I reported a comment that included the vulgar slang for a woman's genitals (t _ a t) that was used in two different comments. They returned the comments to the web site! I don't know who is verifying these sites, but they need to be taught what is vulgar and what isn't. I have seen them block the word racist....when it is not being used to insult, but they will leave comments that call blacks animals, etc.

At c. 9;50 am Eastern 4/19/21 in the conversation section of news article"Riot declared in Portland protests after police kill man" A post I made, which is the exact post I've used before under different articles, was immediately rejected saying "Unfortunately, you are unable to take part in this conversation right now as your comments have been blocked too many times." Helping AOL members instead of threatening to block or close account
I keep getting these random security stops on my account from AOL. You ask for validation question about my favorite childhood book. I honestly do not remember what book I put down or even what year I answered the question. How about giving your customers the opportunity to reset them instead of blocking us out of our e-mail. Talking to your representatives, they do not try to help. I get into a catch 22 circle of conversation.
