Have had an account with AOL since early 90's, now you send me an email about third party stuff, try to contact someone to answer questions and can't intact anyone through email or other! Why isn't there any support for long time users and answering a chat from home will not spread coved! Very sad you treat longtime users in this way. I'll figure out how to get all my things off your email and that'll Be the last time I'll use you! Sad after 20 plus years you treat people like this!

I just did. I am frustrated. I try to get help from you and it's one stone wall after another. Chat? No, it's not available. Email? No, you click on it and it returns you to AOL Help. Phone? Wait time is 1/2 hour. Is this way of not answering anyone's questions? I am sick of AOL.

You don't have to be physically present to answer emails! Why is AOL short staffed when it makes so much money from members? Why have I always been connected overseas and not locally since the last 12 yrs.?Why are your support services unable to resolve issues without asking for more money from members who are already paying? Why do you send emails about benefits for members when you actually want to charge more money by selling packages even for MINOR issues? Why is customer service at AOL not reading the feedback from members?

You want your payment, but your lines are never answered and support doesn’t respond. I can’t stay on waiting all day for a tech response, nor do I have the time to “try again “ all day. I have an issue to discuss, but after all this I May be better off not keeping your service. You want the problem fixed? Contact me!

You make it next to impossible to figure out how to get back into an email account when the user has been locked out. Your customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Don't hold people's email ******* and try to convince them they need to upgrade their account in order to reset their password. Have your representatives listen and offer ACTUAL solutions and, I don't know, NOT hang up on users asking for actual solutions to getting into their locked email. Shame on you.
