I have lost a whole lot of emails from 1st February 2021 to date please can I get them back Can they be recovered as they are important emails which were in my new email section - these emails have not even been opened yet. I have checked every folder I have. Not happy with AOL at the moment look forward to getting a response.

I cannot believe an internet company as large as AOL does not have people working during the
pandemic even from home to deal with major problems as this. I had emailed their help desk to receive back that they cannot help due to Covid. I know that there may be a limited service but none at all is ridiculous with the technology that is around today to be able to work from anywhere.
