You and I have been over this several times, Ray…
And I’ve provided data directly from reputable sources, which you choose to ignore; relying instead on MSM sources that you claim are unreliable and Fake News!
However, here’s the information... again.
And it still contradicts the implications you make about Biden’s energy policies.
As per the EIA (US Dept of Energy, Energy Information Administration); U.S. imports of Russian Crude Oil (millions of barrels);
Feb-2021 12.69 beginning of Biden admin
May-2021 26.17 highest imports
Jan-2022 8.76 lowest imports
Apr-2022 10.79 latest imports
As for U.S. exports of LNG to Europe…
The U.S. became the world’s leading exporter of LNG in the first half of 2022, when exports increased by 12% over the previous 6 months.
U.S. LNG exports continue to grow for three reasons; (1) increased LNG export capacity, (2) increased international LNG prices, and (3) increased global demand, particularly in Europe. Which rather contradicts your claim that “Joe's cuts ended that.”
