Why can't I find Billing info anymore? I should be able to access my account billing without calling support for help!
Have a link to billing for my account once I'm logged in!
Thank you for contacting us. As much as I would like to help you directly, for security concerns, we do not handle billing information through this forum. I have been trying to get some information about my bill for three days. You make it so difficult to connect with anyone it is clear that you just don't give a ****.

It is very hard to find information on one's account and billing method. Its like you are hiding it. I got to the plans after trying almost every possibility. I really also don't know what I will pay for my new plan (what kind of taxes and service fees. I couldn't find out if I could change my billing frequency from monthly to yearly. I also find it a little questionable that the lowest price plan is offered if you are going to cancel. I was actually going to change to a lower price plan but the screen wouldn't advance, so I tried to cancel and then found the cheap plan. Anyway, it's not very transparent.
