Why is my rate so high
I fully understand your concern. At AOL, we want to make sure there is “something for everyone” beyond Internet connectivity by providing you with premium security, convenience and savings benefits for the best online experience possible. Our plans include many products and services, like identity theft protection, anti-virus software, and other services to help protect your online privacy. In addition, our plans include mobile apps to help you protect your data on the go. I can assure you that you’re getting one of the most competitive rates available for all the benefits we offer. While I’m unable to promise that AOL will not evaluate their rates in the future, we will always have a variety of plans to meet our customers’ budget needs.

If you want people to subscribe through you to this program, perhaps you could consider not charging almost 3 times the rate IOLO charges directly from their site for the same software. Imagine my surprise when I had an error trying to download to another computer through AOL only to find I was paying almost $60. a year for a $25. program

There are no customer services, only long waits then disconnected, I experienced this 3 times. Nothing resolved.

Each product on my bill should define that product. Some charges just say "AOL Service". Service for what?

Not sure if this is the correct forum. If not, would you please send to the appropriate people? I recently retired and like many others I am living on a budget. I have been a member since the 1990's.Do you have a fee for AARP or people over 65? If not, if I decide to discontinue your service, would I still have access to my email accounts? Thank you for your attention with this matter.
