Credit card
I want my money back. I never gave AOL to use my card. How did AOL get my card? Asking Sen Thune of SD to look into this.

My idea is more a complaint. If McAfee is one of the so-called "benefits" of being an AOL customer for over 20 years. Why did the company put a $59.95 charge on my credit card without my authorization. And why can't one of AOL phone reps get rid of the annoying McAfee ad that started popping up when I am in one of my sites thru GOOGLE. I am right on the edge of dropping AOL.

I cancelled my system mechanic months ago and I am still being charged ever month. This service has been charged to an credit card account That I seldom use and therefore I have been charged at least two months and had a late fee charge on my credit card that was more than the service for at least two months. I do not see this in my benefits activated. (I was helped start this service by your employee).
STOP THIS CHARGE NOW!

I've been paying for years knowing I had it if needed. It was difficult to file the claim and then I was charged $25 for shipping before Asurion reviewed the claim which they denied. Unacceptable. The claim SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DENIED! Now on way to get the $25 charge refunded.
Very disappointed and need to seriously consider changing the planfrom the AOL Extended Protection
"Coverage is provided for failures due to a mechanical or electrical breakdown of the product caused by defects in materials and/or workmanship including those due to normal wear and tear.A desktop personal computer or laptop computer, regardless of age or brand, is covered."

My 94 year old mother had an AOL Account. AOL worded Add-on services like she should be paying extra per month even though she never finished signing up and giving her credit card number. She calls me asking why AOL tells her she is past due on a $2.99 per month and $3.99 per month service that she does not want. But AOL keeps saying she is Past Due knowing Seniors hate being past due an anything. Really disappointed in AOL. SO she keeps getting Red alert banners saying she is Past DUe. STOP IT NOW AOL.

How about training your employees to report credit card fraud to upper management. My card was compromised and only was used at two companies prior to fraudulent charge that was immediately caught by US Bank. Those two companies were Kroger & Aol. Two purchases only prior month so it was compromised at one of the two companies. I reported it to Kroger who said they would forward the info to the district manager. When I reported to AOL customer service the employee kept telling me AOL would not steal my credit card number. He refused to report it. When I asked for his supervisor he became upset & kept telling me I needed to activate Lifelock. I just wanted the info passed to management for the purpose of alerting mgt that they may have an employee stealing numbers. I've seen documentaries that show crimminals saying they just give someone a $1000 for 10 numbers. To think Aol is exempt from ppl who would sell credit card numbers is niave. It happens everywhere. Only through reporting is this sort of thing caught. I insisted on talking to his supervisor. He said his super was busy. I said I'd wait. He continued to say his super was busy. Eventually he said his super could call me back, but at that point I didn't trust him. Could be anyone calling me for him as it was clear he didn't want me talking to them. I decided to just email headquarters until I couldn't find an email for headquarters. So here I am.

Then Contact the customer on the listed alternate account which is the one I use ALL THE TIME! If you had done that I would have received the notices of my credit card expiring to pay my account! You waited 5 months then canceled my membership With Aol Gold.

I have NO IDEA of how and when I agreed to be charged $21.99 a month for this service. I ONLY use AOL for simple email. How you started to charge me $260. per year for this is criminal. And to show my point...nownere in my account info is a my credit card listed. So you folks highjacked an old card. I wish please for a complete refund of my money and keep my old school email account open.
