  2. better communication between AOL and your supplier, IOLO why am I being told to call IOLO

    I pay AOL, not IOLO so if those 2 companies can't solve a problem, why am I the one left to pursue a solution. Somewhere in the AOL hierarchy there is a person or department interested in resolving an AOL customer's problem.

  3. I am being charged for AOL Gold but it is not showing on my account?

    I do not want AOL Gold and I have been being charge for over a year for a service I have not even seen on this account. I do not have another AOL account. I need to have resolved! Thank you for your assistance.

  4. Not improvement for your co but my wallet

    how do I go about removing two recently added services that were added to my account and I do not wish to utilize? FSCentral for $2.95 and FSSystemMech. for $4.99 ea per month. - Not until March 2022 billing did I notice the two charges, I'd been in and out of medical care - and will not desire to use any additional services.   8. monthly statement "print" no longer works

    View your AOL billing statement online:
    1. Go to MyAccount and sign in.
    2. In the left navigation menu, click My Wallet | select View My Bill. - The Billing Statement page will appear.
    3. From the dropdown menu, select the time period you want to view.

    THIS NO LONGER WORKS.
    A RECENT SLOPPY CHANGE HAS STOPPED THIS FROM FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AS IT HAD FOR YEARS.
    THE PRINT FUNCTION ONLY PRINTS PAGE 1 OF THE STATEMENT.
    I HAVE TRIED THIS ON A DESKTOP, A LAPTOP, AN I-PAD AND AN I-PHONE - ALL WITH THE SAME RESULT.
    I HAVE BEEN PRINTING/SAVING…

    aol is 32 bit, my PC is 64 bit so AOL acts like dial up yet you charge for Gold? what is gold? nothing is better! Gmail is free and is five times better!

  13. hire qualified people to "help".

    They tell me my answers to my security questions do not match. It's the same answers I have used for DECADES. They say mybenefit selections do not match (I'm looking right at the at the TWO choices I made as we speak). Every time I contact on chat it is some excuse not to help. Always endsw in "you need to call 1-800-827-6364 for help. If I had access to a phone why would I use chat? What am I actually paying for? The "forgot password" doesn't even link to a reset feature anymore. Just says we can't help you…

    Start monitoring forums too. Especially since 'help site isn't as helpful as it could be. Live support shouldn't be a hassle for paying customers - we shouldn't be expected to pay other fees for help on any issues related to AOL!
