  1. hire qualified people to "help".

    They tell me my answers to my security questions do not match. It's the same answers I have used for DECADES. They say mybenefit selections do not match (I'm looking right at the at the TWO choices I made as we speak). Every time I contact on chat it is some excuse not to help. Always endsw in "you need to call 1-800-827-6364 for help. If I had access to a phone why would I use chat? What am I actually paying for? The "forgot password" doesn't even link to a reset feature anymore. Just says we can't help you…

  4. I am trying to get rid of an Old Credit card in my wallet. But their is no way to get rid of the old out dated card..

    I went to my account and tried to remove an old outdated card. If you want to get paid. I suggest you fix or repair your system.

    I PAY For AOL Computer Assistance, But ALWAYS Get Redirected & I Have To Pay Another Company To Fix The Problems>?... SO Far, I've Paid Out OVER $700.00 To Fix Issues I'm PAYING AOL For...WTF's Going On?....... "WTF" - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

  6. monthly statement "print" no longer works

    View your AOL billing statement online:
    1. Go to MyAccount and sign in.
    2. In the left navigation menu, click My Wallet | select View My Bill. - The Billing Statement page will appear.
    3. From the dropdown menu, select the time period you want to view.

    THIS NO LONGER WORKS.
    A RECENT SLOPPY CHANGE HAS STOPPED THIS FROM FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AS IT HAD FOR YEARS.
    THE PRINT FUNCTION ONLY PRINTS PAGE 1 OF THE STATEMENT.
    I HAVE TRIED THIS ON A DESKTOP, A LAPTOP, AN I-PAD AND AN I-PHONE - ALL WITH THE SAME RESULT.
    I HAVE BEEN PRINTING/SAVING…

  8. Unmonitored forums are useless like this one

    Start monitoring forums too. Especially since 'help site isn't as helpful as it could be. Live support shouldn't be a hassle for paying customers - we shouldn't be expected to pay other fees for help on any issues related to AOL!

  13. Have your reps enter all conversations Billed twice after cancelling

    Someone tried to sell me services for 20+ a month kept speaking asked if cheaper and got it for 3.99. I then cancelled no record of phone call in system and had to cancel again in Nov. Incompetent!

  15. I should be able to delete sub accounts from master like in the past. Sub accounts for Ex I have not been with in 10 years and dead for two.

    How can I get rid of these sub accounts licked to my main account, I do not remember the passwords so I cannot sign on to them to delete. Two of them are for an ex I have not been with in 10 years and she died two years ago!

  20. ads in email and on website. If I am a paying member, provide us an option to stop seeing ads.

    I am on the verge of completely moving away from AOL when I see adds in my inbox every day....particularly as a paying user. Some benefits are ok, but not worth me seeing Ads...if this continues, I will canx.
