  5. I do not like the new aol plan. My mail has been going into the spam folder. And some mail has been deleted before it should have been.

    The new aol plan is not working. The appearance itself is awkward. Mail has not been coming in and I've had to search the trash or junk folder for mail which should not be there. I want to return to the previous plan

  6. better communication between AOL and your supplier, IOLO why am I being told to call IOLO

    I pay AOL, not IOLO so if those 2 companies can't solve a problem, why am I the one left to pursue a solution. Somewhere in the AOL hierarchy there is a person or department interested in resolving an AOL customer's problem.

  7. How do we contact someone directly related to AOL that can actually help?

    If you look up the screen name I am using I have had this since the creation of AOL. However one day you up and shut down and killed an entire family of people. You shattered friendships and silenced voices. Your buddy list and the friends I met there saved my life. You should take into consideration those folks who depended on you and give them some sort of assist in getting some of those relationships back. I would have never made it to adulthood without the friends I made on there.

  8. Fix McAfee Renewal Problem Once and For All

    I am tired of getting renewal notices for McAfee. It stops working when it says my subscription has expired. I go to McAfee/AOL tech for help and they "fix" the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling McAfee. Guess what it happens again and again. It is like groundhog day. FIX IT! Don't tell me to go the McAfee help. This just kicks the can down the road and takes up my time.

  9. I am trying to cancel a subscription i wasnt aware i had. how do i get hold of you while outside the US?

    I need you to get in touch with me to let me know how to get in touch with you to cancel a subscription while outside the US. You make this extremely difficult. I do not wish to provide my information on a public forum. I wasnt even aware i had this monthly subscription until i reviewed my credit card statement. This is very questionnable business practice.

  12. Update AOL Gold

    On March 25th 2022, technician "Prince" was able to access my old mails on AOL.Mail, therefore I suggest that Desktop Gold capacity should be increased, as I was unable to access my old mails, due to full capacity of the mail box on Desktop Gold, which is inconvenient and not fair, as I am paying a monthly subscription of $4.99 and have been a loyal customer of AOL since Fall of 1997.

  13. Maybe don't make Mac users download and commit to the so-called AOLProtections, when "TechFortress" and "DataMask" are not available for Mac

    TechFortress ad DataMask are not available for Mac users, but this IMPORTANT bit of info doesn't come up until after the process is started and curiously after MacAfee is loaded and yet these two seem like they would lend the most benefit. However, after reading some of the App reviews, maybe not. Either way, seems like faulse advertising to me. Shame on you AOL.

    how do I go about removing two recently added services that were added to my account and I do not wish to utilize? FSCentral for $2.95 and FSSystemMech. for $4.99 ea per month. - Not until March 2022 billing did I notice the two charges, I'd been in and out of medical care - and will not desire to use any additional services.   20. Make your "wallet" web app work properly. I'm trying to replace my payment method. It won't let me delete old payment method..

    "Wallet" lets me add a payment method, but it shows no "Delete" option so I can remove the old payment method. Also, there's an expired credit card that does show a "Delete" option, but it doesn't work. I get a message - "We are so sorry! We are having technical issues. Please try again later."
    You've had that same technical difficulty for years now. Please fix it.
