Don't change plans in the middle of the plan
When I first was talked into paying $5 a month - it was for tech support - one time an AOL tech tried to speed up my computer but really was not successful - but I kept paying - just lately AOL had to set up email accounts in a replacement computer because AOL changed it's security - so I just called AOL to help speed up old computer and was told that is not covered - if you notice on my dash board - I have not used any of the other features - I thought I signed up…

just about everytime i come in to post a comment to an article i have to login again even though i click on stay logged in, it don't work. i even had to sign in again to post this comment. very lame.

Does No Good
I don't have one. AOL will NOT respond to requests and will NOT fix any of the problems sent it to support. Unless of course you have a Twitter account: One of the most insecure sites on the web! I have been a member EMail only since around 2000 - 2001 and have never seen any problems solved! Now even the sort cuts try to force one to the AOL home page instead of going directly to the link assigned. It gets worse so I regress.

Need Better Customer Service. I was charged for a Non Authorized Service on my Credit Card. The last Rep was very Sarcastic.

I agree with ALL the complaints listed! Ever since VERIZON took over AOL has become a loser! Any REAL service that AOL offers cost something. What I pay for is really NOTHING!

I like AOL but never get to read a whole article.
load the whole article sick of so many slides to read an article. I end up just goolgling it. Also STOP so **** many POP Ups.... Ready to just quit AOL.....Why pay for it when its so full of vrab I can't read anything.....

I pay $33.00/month. I do NOT want to see ANY ADS...POP UP or others. I blocked them but still get them. Fix it or good bye.

Provide a telephone number where one can get clarification on some item.
Example;ou will say download free.Does that mean the download is free then a cost to use it starts is is the use going to be free? Another is in the package offerings it said not offered in US andd Canada. I am in the US so why give that info and why cannot i get it when you state its in my package free.Confusing even to a college grad ,English major.

Poor Customer Service / Long waits for TECH / No support with Mailer-Daemon issue
I have been having a Mailer-Daemon problem since last summer. AOL has not fixed it. My email is being rejected and they said AOL was sending them phishing emails and marketing. They quarantined my AOL Emails.my AOL anymore. I pay $17.95 per month. FOR WHAT? Fix Mailer-Daomon issue please. Why are we paying clients at AOL? GMail is free.

FEES
Been using AOL for years and paying almost $30 a month for a service that seems to be free. Supposedly for phone line. Nobody uses hard lines anymore. Why don't you convert these paying customers to a PREMIUM service with quicker dedicated access instead of often waiting on line because of large the freebee crowd.
We have been paying for years, for nothing.
Before we wake up and smell the coffee, please offer us something more. I think we have been faithfull enough to deserve it.1st ranked -
Restaurant discounts should be discontinued.
Tried to redeem restaurant discounts and discovered that discounts are not honored on Friday or Saturday. Your discount program is worthless...a version of "bait & switch" wherein a promise is made and then the promise is qualified to the degree of making it worthless. It's a poor reflection on AOL's character, which is already in question due to the exorbitant monthly fee. Have you no shame?
