Get my New Mail sent to New Mail and not Trash
New Mail has been going directly to Trash. I resent having to pay AOL to correct this. How do I get New Mail going to New Mail instead of Trash?

Where does my received email went?
Hi,
I don’t know where my previous email from July went. I can’t seems to find them without deleting any of my email. I want you folks to restore back my emails and fix any bugs stopping my mail box from getting emails.

How to unblock sender
Help says to use Options to unblock sender. I can’t find an Options setting anywhere in my account. I can’t find any instructions that apply to the settings available to me.

Put in a tag so u can mark mail ad receipt so you know when it has been received and read.

For those who get lots of emails daily, is there a way to MARK or FLAG “priority Mail” that HAVE TO BE “outstandingly placed “?
