  5. Let the sponsors know that we will boycott their products because of the new upgrade.

    The new version is the worst i've ever seen. One way to get action is to contact the companies whose ads now appear and tell them that not only will we not buy their products, we will encourage others to do so. AOL has an easy solution. Go back to the previous version.

  14. Having trouble accessing aol mail

    Since the new format, we are having a very difficult time connecting to AOL mail on our phones--we keep getting a message that it has "timed out." So we have to reload, usually between 5 or 6 times, before our New Mail appears.

  15. Paid email

    Every company has to make money, that's understood. Advertising is the easiest way, but what about an "opt out" option? Maybe charge $1 a month with no advertising? Just a thought!

  17. My New emails are still going to my trash!!

    Why has this not been fixed yet?? This is such an inconvenience, having to go to my trash to sort through what I've placed there and new unread email please fix it!!!

  18. Where is “My Account” ! Appears to be a big step backwards

    Please give us the prior email back!! Why do I have to click on each piece of mail in order to delete? Where is “my account” Very frustrating
