  5. Having trouble accessing aol mail

    Since the new format, we are having a very difficult time connecting to AOL mail on our phones--we keep getting a message that it has "timed out." So we have to reload, usually between 5 or 6 times, before our New Mail appears.

    Every company has to make money, that's understood. Advertising is the easiest way, but what about an "opt out" option? Maybe charge $1 a month with no advertising? Just a thought!

    There is no refreshing feature in new format for checking any new mail, navigate in new format is difficult than old one, why pasting ads to the paid users?
