Folders
1) is there a LIMIT to total # of folders we can have on aol.com ( I don't use the app )?
2) is there a way to ADD more folders ( sub ) to a MAIN folder?
3) I cannot ADD anymore folders to my aol.com account ( main / ROOT ) folders.
I don't use the app, I use a browser only.
Can you all research & address / explain how / re-code the browser version to fix these?

SPAM FILTER
I've tried this before and gotten nowhere but here goes. Is there a way to turn off the Spam folder. It is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! I am constantly having to go to the spam folder to find important messages. All the while still receiving every kind of perversion, phishing schemes, you name it. Today yet again I'm plagued with irritating and annoying spam my private e mail must have been sold on contravening my data protection. I received one mail today from a sex site which I've never used and wouldn't want to. I'm no prude but this is disgracefull I sincerely hope you report this to the authorities it's the lowest of the low absolute **** I'm fuming mad aol has sunk to an all time low its about time you took customer care seriously and listened .

When I delete emails from my cell phone, I noticed that the emails are still remaining when I sign into my desktop.

I need access to my emails.
My email account had been added to my phone accounts and has been stuck for over a year. I am logged into my aol email on my phone and have access to the emails up to the point when it disconnected. The correct login credentials were applied but it has been saying that it can't connect because the credentials were incorrect.
