You can be accountable for the commentary you ask for at the end of an AOL article. This has been a disgusting amateur experience.
After entering my commentary at the end of one of your articles, those thoughts were not registered. And even after phoning you and speaking with a rep, no explanation has been offered but a verbal shrug. You people don't realize how amateurish you're looking, especially to a member who's been with you for decades.

The fact that you chose not to allow comments, which would have been overwhelmingly supportive of Ms. Tafoya, was equally unfair. She has chosen to leave a lucrative job to escape the oppressive bias of the media.....which is all-too-evident in the character assassination your "reporter" resorted to in a feeble attempt to discredit an individual who just happens to share an increasingly popular and reasonable viewpoint. AOL DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT!!!!
I have been with AOL since its start in the 80's and its decline since. I want to delete my two accounts however AOL does not allow me to!!!! I followed the steps, enter my PRIMARYEMAILADDRES@aol.com and AOL still tells me "Email could not be verified. Please enter a valid email address" ... FREAKING KIDDING ME?! And I am certainly not going to pay to speak to a person on a phone to summarily cancel my accounts... FIX THIS NONSENSE

PLEASE increase the blocked email addresses from a limit of 1000 to a limit of 2000
to just delete spam emails does not stop them from resending more emails . to go through each email in spam and mark unsubscribe does no stop the emails . However in AOL Gold if I right click on the email address of the sender the pop up allows me to have the email address added to the blocked email address list . this is the only thing that works effectively . yesterday I had over 500 spam emails . I was going through and right clicking and adding the emails to the blocked email list . I have 275…
