Notifications and Comments is still not working. Scrolling through thousands of comments to reply to one is ridiculous.
Thousands have already described it. AOL's IT department knows the problem but ignores it.

fix moving emails
when moving my emails to an assigned folder, the email stays in my new emails. but if i delete the emal, it deletes from my folder also, therefore the email is gone

All of a sudden email links won't open in my browser. I have uninstalled the Aol app and changed browser from Firefox to Chrome
I can no longer get links to open in browser from AOL app when opening emails. This is very frustrating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AOL app and changed default browser and even did a factory reset on my phone and nothing has fixed this issue. The AOL support team has not been able to solve this also. Please HELP!!

Aol should be able block ads based on address only. Names easily change by changing the jumbled letters
Aol should be able to block ads based on address only. Meaningless names composed of jumbled letters are easily changed so that blocking the ad doesn't work.

So now you are blasting us with full page ads of cars etc and not allowing aol news to be displayed as before- sucks
I'm reading my mail and usually switch to the news- but I can't now because AOL is over-riding my page with full page car ads (tomorrow may be something else) Longtime aol have longtime aol contacts and now yahoo (the new owners) want us to PAY for ad free and also pay to fix the problems they porposely make up but it would be almost impossible for longtime aol members to be able to contact all the past contacts they've made over the years- this should be illegal. Get emails and postings about AI aol.com...security...protections...wipe clean...from public view domains. List pricing please. Easier for all to compare, costs and differences if we want to try then for free for 30 days, we know what it will be costing to continue. Seems shady as others that then so hard to cancel due to laws, paid attorney wording in finest print possible. Harder to read than ever all details.

AOL desktop gold fonts and text
AOL Desktop Gold fonts and text are messed up, the font and text is different from the general tab window. Already adjusted to default still letters are not good and they squiggly.

Not directed to comment replies.
I am not directed to the replies to my comments on AOL stories. After someone replies or "likes" my comment I receive an email notification. When I select to 'reply to ..." I am brought to the related story, but not my comment with the reply. The same is true if I attempt to find the reply or like from the notification directly in the story. This does not happen with an occasional reply or like, but all of them.

2 factor authentication blocks access to email account
Make 2 factor authentication optional! Since it was imposed, my wife can't access her account because she can't get a verification code because the mobile phone # associated with her account security information is obsolete. Numerous telephone calls and chats with AOL have been unsuccessful in updating the security info even with a subscription to AOL Live Support Plus which I will now cancel. Her account is now useless.

What happened to all the postings and responses in Notifications? One minute they are all there and the next minute they are gone.
