  3. reporting an abusive customer

    I want to report an abusive customer, Verizon Business. It sent me today what appears, in my inbox, to be a promotional e-mail message. But unlike any ad that I've ever received before, this one cannot be deleted. If I try to checkmark the little box to the left of the message in my inbox (preparatory to deleting the checked item), nothing happens: the sender has apparently developed a new technology to disable that checkbox next to their ad.   8. It is annoying that many incoming e-mails go directly into the "message deleted" file, and we never see or know of them.

    Make certain that all incoming, new e-mails go directly into the Inbox and not into the "deleted" e-mails, in a computer to whch only one person has access

    The fact that you do not allow comments is of concern. WHY? Each post has "0" comments BECAUSE YOU DO NOT ALLOW DISCUSSION. WHY? I have been with aol since its inception. Knew the creators in Encino. The decision not to allow comments is disgraceful. I'm outah here and will be crusading for others to leave with me. Is your organization leaning fascist? Shameful!

    How about some balance? Enough with the 'Woke' articles - I suspect that about half of your customers are conservative and you owe them an equal platform - I've been on AOL for decades but I'm considering another email platform if you don't correct this
