Organizational History
Bending Spoons received the assets of AOL and Compuserve in January 2026. The problem when you take over something like that is having access to organizational history. There are several people who go back to the early days of these services.
I am one of those people. I have been using Compuserve since the 1980s. I have been using AOL and AIM (when it existed) since the 1990s. I have computer education and experience. "Vintage" means at least 50 years old, not 1995!
Lindsay Lohan's mini-suit may have a "Chanel" label, but it is not "vintage" if it's only from 1995! It's not even Chanel but kitsch Lagerfeld, if that. .Vintage Chanel is maybe from the 1970s.when there were still a few people at Chanel who had known and learned from her.

i rather scroll through spam to see if something i need went into spam and remove it manually, then with one click, block all spam, then delete all spam, just way too much spam to click each one.

Return the AOL format to it's original system. You did it yesterday, but today you screwed up. As I've said before this 'NEW' system is difficult to navigate, hard to read, erases messages witth no prompting, doesn't automatically save and is disruptive to continuity. RETURN MY E-MAIL TO THE 'OLD' FORMAT. PLEASE!!!!

Pay more attention who is on AOL
For heaven's sake, stop allowing so many spam mails offering Ukranian or Russian women, and those advertising male enhancement and supposed women offering erotic sex. I am a 74 year old woman who does NOT want to have to clear out 50 to 100 (or more) of these emails in my spam folder every day. Sometimes I get a legitimate email from a business associate not in my contacts, so I have to sift through these every day. It is DISGUSTING!!!!

You can improve AOL by returning to the original AOL system. I will AGAIN delineate the drawbacks of this 'new' system.
New AOL is difficult to navigate, deletes messages automatically withour specific command, hard to read on line, NOT USER FRIENDLY. And AOL does NOT respond to my suggestions or improve the system. Please allow use of the old system.

The 'NEW" AOL is difficult to navigate, loses data, makes emails 'DISAPPEAR' for no reason and system is NOT USER FRIENDLY. Returning to original AOL format would be a STEP UP.
