Report facts, not opinions. I don't care what you think, especially since you don't care what I think.
State facts of a story, all sides as appropriate, leave opinion to editorialists. What you report as "news" most often is an opinion and one that is VERY BIASED against any facts with which you disagree.

Comments section of the articles are all whited out.
Fix the comments section. It is all whited out. You can see where someone posted something, but it is all white. I even went into my notifications and returned to comment on someone who replied to me. It brought me there, let me reply, but it was all black and white. The background was black and the print was white.

Implement a conduit between commenters and those at AOL who control the comment section.
Okay, I just typed "Peaches and Cream" - no context to the article - and it was REJECTED out of hand, in about 7 seconds - as have, every single post of mine for the last three weeks. Please resolve this system error, so that I may continue to enjoy the AOL experience to which I've become accustomed, and, which keeps me a paid subscriber. I have been a moderate democrat for the past 40 years, but I am so disappointed in your very biased views regarding Law Enforcement.
Stop one-sided reporting to promote anti-law enforcement. They are a critical part of our emergency response system. Most police officers never use their guns during their whole careers and they put their lives at risk every day in their workplace. While everyday citizens use face masks to protect our lives, officers have to use bullet proof vests to protect theirs. They are mothers, fathers, sons, daughters...just like the rest of us.
