AOL has been targeting my ip address for 2 years now. I have been with AOL for 30+ years. Every comment is immediately rejected. WHY?

Technical issues within articles
Notifications not working in the article section for several days. It doesn't seem anyone is addressing the issue. What is the point of the comment section if one cannot interact?

Notifications not working in articles
In AOL articles, my notifications are showing I have notifications but when I click on the icon I get a message saying, "No Notifications Yet - start interacting with others and your inbox will be full in no time" This has been going on for 2 days. This is not the first time this has happened. Why does this happen and how can it be fixed?

50 top stories. 2 about the Kirk shooting, at least one about hairstyles, another about Jenna Ortegas favorite purse, but nothing about the children shot at a Colorado high school. You should report ALL the news unless you are now catering to the right. Despicable.

Problem with Bell Icon Notification for Likes and/or Replies on News Article Comments
There's been an ongoing issue, of late, with the Bell Icon notifications for "Likes" and/or "Replies" to comments made on AOL's news articles. The number will momentarily appear above the icon, but when you click on it...NOTHING new (bold print) in the pop-up list of notifications. In order to discern what was said, had to go to account listings and GUESS at what article I commented on. Why, you ask? Because there's also a glitch with the word POSTED not appearing (which won't permit you to click & go automatically to your comment). Nor is there a pic or headline…

Fix your conversation section on articles
The "conversation" section on ALL articles is not functioning correctly. Notifications or responses to a comment do not connect to the conversation. You might want to FIX IT.

Pop-up notifications no longer available when someone "likes" or "replies" to your Comment
Have already spoken to Tech Support about this issue; but was informed they don't have the capability of correcting this issue. It would have to be submitted on this Feedback feature. These pop-ups help by allowing you to go to notifications and read replies or see "likes" to your comments. Although the Bell Notification feature works, the pop-ups assist users during real time activities.
If other customers don't care for this feature, it would behoove AOL's IT gurus to provide an option to toggle the pop-up feature on and off.

AOL really screwed up the news comments section
Put the comments section back the way it was. Mimicking Yahoo's comments section is stupid, as Yahoo's comment section does not work correctly. When one clicks on a specific notification, the new program does not take a person to their comment, only to the news story where it is almost impossible to find the comment and any responses to the comment. It's clear AOL is trying to mirror Yahoo's comments section, because the appearance is exactly the same. However, AOL's format changes work even worse than Yahoo's format. The name of the news story is not appearing under the comments…

How about Less Ads & More News
The home page (with the 50-60 "news" stories) has too many click-bait type advertisements and things to shop for. It our opinion, proportionally, there's really not much news. It's mostly ads.

Stop making Trump out to be a bad guy.
AOL needs to stop making Trump out to be a bad guy. That poll your talking about means nothing. Polls had Harris winning the election and look how that turn out.

Abby Perez in Rochester, NY stabbed to death by new baby's father
I worked with Abby up until she was 8.5 months pregnant with her 3rd child. Her baby's father stabbed her to death on Thursday 08/14/25. Her oldest child's father is caring for all 3 children even though the youngest 2 are not his. He has started a gofundme page because he's paying for everything including Abby's funeral and cremation. Can you please post this on aol.com ?

Drop Associated Press (AP) News Feed
Try to obtain a source that is more objective and their coverage and news items. Associated press is persistent in their posting of biased and anti-semitic news items. Very distasteful and small-minded.
