Why isn't AOL doing something about the racist comments being posted?
Removing the racist comment isnt enough, there is no incentive to stop. There need to be consequences. A warning then progressive action, leading to account termination, The hate being posted is out of control . AOL's silence is tacit approval. Leading to the assumption that AOL itself is racist.

What I'm witnessing on AOL now is a left leaning political viewpoint.
I have been an AOL lifelong account member and have witnessed the gradual procession to the liberal left leaning viewpoint of your articles. You are reporting negatively your views of the political right and righteously of the political left. I'm dumbfounded on why you would disrespect any AOL member group to push a political agenda.

Better monitoring on the comments section of news stories
There is a poster on the board that goes by THEORIGINALMITTENS. See below for the way she gets past the board censors. This could easily be stopped if you would just automatically block any post that contains Alt Codes. Muting doesn't work because she just makes a new screen name (same name but different numbers after the @ sign). I've seen her go through up to 7 new names a day. List all user names for my computer like you have been doing when I am signing on and do not prefill my password
This is for news and email. When I log in, put it back so that there is a list of user names who use this computer. When I go to log in, now it just has one name. I've logged in with another name multiple times, and the one name keeps appearing. Also, my password was prefilled. I NEVER asked you to prefill my password. There's a glitch in your system. For weeks now, whenever you compose a post in the comments section of one of your articles, if someone else posts something, or clicks on a like (thumbs up) or dislike (thumbs down), it continually knocks you out of the composition box. You have to scroll back to it and place the cursor where you left off. Maybe, just maybe, you can type a few more words before it happens again. It is EXTREMELY annoying. Customers have had to complain about this to your IT department before; they're doing plenty of complaining about it…
