I try to sign into my email but you want to send a code to my alternate email. The problem is that YOU NEVER SEND THE **** CODE!!!! WTF are people supposed to do???? What a bunch of Bozo's. How do you stay in business with such stupidity running rampant in your system?

I think there should be a number or help sight for AOL subscribers if they are getting a scam. Thank you. I just got an email from "***" stating my "Recent Voucher " order through PayPal says Bitcoin Exchange was ordered for $499.98, and gave a phone number. We've never had PayPal and Im not sure what a Bitcoin is or what it looks like. Who does an AOL customer call or what Agency.

GOT notice that foreign number was added to my account, or changed my account. You do not provide any means of checking if this is a scam. HELP. I do not want to lose my account or anything, but YOU do not allow any help without paying you! PLEASE do some honest customer service - you make plenty of money violating our privacy.

I am in Australia, you are billing me for a service we cancelled 3 years ago, my ID has expired (now "reactivated" possibly), I cannot email you because the button has no active area, I cannot sign up for the trial account because I am not in America so my address is invalid, your phone help number is listed with hours of operation but no indication which time zone, when I ring I am advised to call during your advertised hours (thanks???)

Ich wurde gebeten, mein Passwort zu ändern und ich kam mit dem neuen Passwort heute den ganzen Tag nicht ins AOL. Leider bekam ich dadurch auch keine Mails...Das geht nicht. Ich werde mir einen anderen Anbieter suchen.

For 2 months I've been trying to contact you regarding: my nightly AOL is "Not Responding" for 15 minutes to the point whereI have to walk away. An hour or overnight. Put yourself in my shoes, please. I've been a very long time customer & pay $16/month for this inadequate service w/no care...so how would you feel?

AOL threatens to cut off my service, saying I am using another service to get my mail. This is not true! I have been a member for over 15 years! I cannot reach anyone by phone at your offices. Do not cut my paid service off! I need someone at AOL to correct this situation.

After getting an email advising me there was new security in AOL mail, I phoned the number provided on several pages and the email. The recording gave me 5 choices. When I input a choice the computer did not "get it" and repeated the recording, over and over and over. Thanks a lot AOL. I tried to do a live chat, it said I was not qualified for this service. Thanks, I have been a subscriber since 1998. Why am I paying for not getting service?
