AOL help site gives wrong info for hack recovery
My Dad’s email account was hacked. Within an hour I had recovered the account and changed the password. The hacker had added his email as a reply address. I’ve followed the instructions on AOL’s website to remove this, but the ‘more settings’ link does not exist on Chrome for iPad or iPhone, nor in the aol app. I’ve had several people search unsuccessfully. I called aol but they won’t tell me how to get there unless I buy a tech support plan. I would at have called if you put proper info on the web!

Your customer service SUCKS
I have been an aol member for over 20 years and I have emails that come up missing and you want to charge me to get them recovered when it was not my fault. POOR customer service

Not getting any email for new mail and old mail… done removing and adding the app still doesn’t work…advise to file a report from tech

Cannot accept accept an invitation from a google group on my ipad
I need to accept an invitation to join a large google group on my iPad. I get a 404=error. I have 30 other aol users that also can’t do this. Why. If you go to google.com on your iPad and type mail.aol.com and sign it you can join. Help

Fix notifications!
Ever since the new update... even though my settings on iPhone 11 are set up correctly, the sound notifications do not work. They work for every other app... I rebooted the phone, changed my password... even went to the ATT store to verify... it is definitely the app! Please fix this!

Simple example: Today the AOL NEWS HEADLINE IS: IS TRUMPISM’S KARI LAKE DANGEROUS….what part of ELECTION DENIAL do you not understand? ANYONE, politician or otherwise, who thinks, believes, promotes the Big Lie donald trump started that the election was not true, honest and complete is UNDOING the fabric of democracy. EVERY COURT CASE BROUGHT BY THE CRAZY ELECTION DENIERS LIKE KARI LAKE was lost. All of them.
