Aol not working
Not getting any email for new mail and old mail… done removing and adding the app still doesn’t work…advise to file a report from tech

I CANNOT ALPHABETIZE MY FOLDERS ANY LONGER!!! NOT HAPPY!!!
Fix the problem!!! It’s that simple!!!! Why do you always have to change AOL when things we just get used to using the current version?? It’s so frustrating!!! If you are going to improve something, fine. Do it little by little. Not all at once!!! Also, put a help feature in AOL. Don’t make us come to Google to find an answer. I have used AOL for nearly 20 years and I am about ready to leave AOL forever!!!

stop spam email
I get dozens upon dozens of emails every day from companies in the USA who I’ve had nothing to do with and I don’t want anything to do with them please update your spam filters

Add a BLOCK button to emails, allowing you to easily block unwanted email addresses.

Allow user to restrict ads from Companies we find offensive
Allow users to block ads from Companies we don’t like.

Contact business category
The new interface has eliminated the business group in contacts, and I cannot add categories like I used to. Also, I like to use hyphens in telephone numbers, as it is much easier for me to read.

Please allow users to choose if they want the updated or old version. I don’t like the new one!!!
I have been using aol since 1997 because I like the format. I’ve tried gmail and went back to aol bc I like how it functions and is better visually for me. Yesterday my aol app froze and I deleted it and reinstalled it. Now according to the aol helpline, I’m “stuck” with this new version. Please allow users to go back to the old version if they request it! I hate this new version!!!

Stop emails addresses added to my contact s
Hundreds of email addresses auto added to my contact list and there are no settings anywhere to stop this. It also says frequently emailed. I only have two contacts that I have added.

Sender’s email address must be visible!!!
In a day and age when half the emails we receive are spam, how could you not design the mobile UI to show the sender’s email address? It’s the easiest way to identify spam and you’ve taken that away. Is it even available on the computer? Shame on AOL and your developers. Horrible new email UI and experience. Time to move to Gmail.

Replace spam filter
WHYYYYY AM I GETTING OVER 30 SPAM EMAILS EVERY DAY??? Even when I mark an email as spam, I get it again the next day😡! This has to be fixed!

Cannot open draft email
Never been a problem before app version 6.52.0, but after clicking ‘Undo’ upon sending an email so that the email gets saved under ‘Drafts’ for amendment, the app now will not allow the opening of said email. Deleting of it from Drafts appears to be possible, but opening the email and thus being able to send it is no longer an option. Please fix this??

News feed
News articles are highly biased to liberal viewpoints
Can you allow users to filter out distorted and inflammatory news stories and focus on providing more objective and balanced news feeds.
It is really annoying constantly seeing articles overwhelmingly favoring liberal positions bs allowing users to determine informative and objective news sources vs unhinged and illogical personal viewpoints jamming up newsfeed.

.Attachments beyond JPG files
For those of us using AOL as a mobile platform, I’d like to send more than photos. It would help if we could attach or embed documents, GIFS, PDFs, XLS and MP3 files in emails sent from AOL apps.

protect our passwords
Protect our passwords. Create a dual authentication. My password for this account is on the dark web. I am not in favor of any leniency on passwords. Make it harder not easier. By the way, I’ve tried to change my password but I don’t see the option on the sign in page, only the forgot password option. I’m frustrated.

Fix mark as spam
If I go to the trouble to mark something as spam I should never see that again. It pops up daily after I marked as spam. If you’re not going to stop it don’t offer the option to do it.
